You have many confusing and often conflicting sources of information out there to choose from for how to lose weight or improve your health. The one thing that everyone agrees on is to eat more whole foods, more plants, and less processed food. I specialize in helping people make switch from the SAD (Standard American Diet) to including mostly delicious, healthful, nutrient-dense whole grains, fruits, vegetables, nuts, legumes and seeds in your menu to promote optimal wellness.
Clinical manifestations.... that is what we call signs and symptoms of health problems in nursing. What are these physical manifestations telling us? What are the lifestyle factors contributing to the issues you are experiencing? Often times, like a series of dominoes in our lives, there are several. Many times, they tell a story of how we got where we are... let's work together on optimizing physical health through sleep, nutrition, and movement.
Even as strong, driven women, we put others first. The truth is, we cannot pour from an empty vessel. Taking control of our mental and emotional health requires intention and action... good habits and practices that will allow us to not just avoid burnout... but to truly feel like we equally love ourselves, our loves ones, and those we serve in our professions.
